I’ve always loved the clothes here and they have a great variety. But the customer service is a joke.
I don’t think they have the reputation of exceptional customer service, but last night; Wednesday January, 24th 2024 - all the employees were a let down. Every one of them had their phones out, AirPods in or earphones in. Some playing their business out loud and it was incredibly distracting. It really felt like I had stepped into a break room I wasn’t supposed to be in, but it was just too casual, unprofessional, and frankly rude. I hope this isn’t the new normal.

However, the shopping experience was slightly marred by the disorganization of the sale items. Finding the right sizes was a bit of a challenge due to the lack of structure in this area. With better organization of sale items, Uniqlo could greatly enhance the overall shopping experience and make finding a great deal even more satisfying.
