Daysi was so helpful. She made the whole process very easy. She even pulled out crayons and a coloring book for my 3 kids! I walked out with my brand new washer and dryer. Great prices Great quality amazing customer service.

Buyer Beware!!! I cancelled the order even before it was delivered, and then they show up anyway and drop it off in the dirt. I paid to have it installed, they did not do that. Sold AS-IS, All sales are final, NO WARRANTY!!!!. Very disappointed and angry at these people. If I can give a 0 star, I would. Parts were missing, and the model # sticker on the dryer was not on the dryer. NOT the best prices. You would be better off going to Home Depot!!! Cheaper at home depot, I got F'D so bad!!!!

I needed a washer and dryer, before arriving I was told over the phone that they offered veterans discounts and "in store" discounts. When I arrived the employee had no information to give me all of a sudden. She didn't know the years of the dryers or capabilities. She insisted they were "brand new". She ended up discounting me on a floor model that she had said previously was "brand new"so I didn't get a deal in reality. I needed my old ones taken away and paid to have the news ones delivered and installed. 160$! The employee said he will deliver from 6-8. They called me at 5 while I was away from home and said they were on their way. Could only wait 10 mins or so. He arrived, they hauled away the old ones but when I looked in the washer it was NOT the same as the one I had seen, it had been used! Water came out the hose when I hooked it up and there was red residue inside. Will not be coming here again and neither will my friends and family!!!
