They came for a service call back in April supposedly fixed my fridge 4 weeks later same problem happened. Called them several times always saying there service guy is on vacation. Got to a point where I actually set up another appointment so they can come to my house again.. on July 2 ended up getting a no show no call I called them back the very next day to see what happens girl who makes the appointmentz said would call me back in a few never did totally unprofessional.. I'm done trying just ganna call someone else..

Bought a Samsung refrigerator for $1,300, couple days later it stopped working, called the place they sent a guy to fix it, he did but then again, same problem. I called again they sent a guy about 20 something years old and didn’t do much but replace the refrigerator and replaced the doors which they have dents on. And now this “new” refrigerator doesn’t even work at all either, called them they said they’ll call and never got a call back! Bad customer service and useless refrigerators!!

Went in a few days ago and purchased a nice stainless steel refrigerator at such a good price! Financing was made very simple thanks to the very helpful ladies working there. Will certainly be back in the future!
