Great local body shop in the Burbank neighborhood. I bring my car here all the time, they do great work and provide awesome service. My car always comes out flawless

Called at 6:45pm tonight and was told by George that my driver would arrive by 7:30pm. He even called me back shorty after to confirm and I received a text saying 7:30pm arrival. It is currently 8:15pm and they never called to update, when I finally got a useless woman named Denise on the phone she updated me that I would be waiting another 45 minutes. This is pathetic communication and customer service. I don’t know why AAA chooses to do business with irresponsible companies that can’t handle basic tasks.
