We're relatively new homeowners of house with what we guess is an almost 20 yr hold chimney (meaning original parts are no longer readily available). Rusted caps did not hold up during this winter's wind/rain storms and fell to the ground. Found United Chimney Services following a recommendation after calling around. Andy was friendly, professional, and on-time with both initial estimate and repair. Reassuring that he understood our chimney (triple something), found parts within days, and returned quickly to complete the job. Even replaced a rusted pipe we couldn't see. We'll absolutely call again next time we need help, and highly recommend to everyone.

When Andy came to give me an estimate, he was thorough and explained in detail what needed to be done to repair my fireplace and chimney. The estimate was super reasonable
When it came time to do the work, Tony repaired additional parts of the chimney, but honored the original estimate. The workers left my home perfectly clean which I appreciate.

Tony and team did a wonderful job fixing our chimney and installing a damper from the bottom. They’re clearly experts in their field and took extra care of keeping the space clean during and after their work. They also had installed a fireplace mantel for us which makes are living room look complete!
