I had a bad experience with office staff last week. They failed to give me back my ID and insurance card. I had to make an extra trip back to office from Sun City in all the traffic. Needless to say I was very upset. They weren't even apologetic. They made the excuse They were short staff.

I am a patient of Dr. Matthew Leach and I really think he is the best ENT doctor ever. I came to him with rhinitis and a sore throat which upset me for years. I didn't know what to do. Some thought reflux caused the symptoms; they gave me tests and procedures which did not help (since I didn't have much acid). However, Dr. Leach knew exactly what to do; his ablation procedure was miraculous for me. No more rhinitis or sore throat and I can talk without hoarseness. I recommend his services without a doubt.
