Over the years of visiting this location, it's like being treated like royalty every time! The staff here are knowledgeable about the product, and they have a good sense of humor too! Professionalism, accuracy, and accountability, should be their motto. Shout out to Keith!!

I've been in the HVAC&R business for over 30 years. Unfortunately, I didn't discover URI until only about 15 or 16 years ago. Whenever I am able to use them, I will go out of my way to do so. No matter where I've lived or worked, United Refrigeration has always had the most professional and courteous staff and sales people. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you're in the business and you have a need for parts, supplies, and/or equipment, you cannot go wrong bringing your business to them.
