Didn't honor a confirmed reservation! I reserved equipment online weeks ago and when I talked to this branch to schedule pickup they told me they didn't have that unit at all. The team member tried to give me the run around, saying my reservation was not actually confirmed. I have an email in front of me literally saying "Reservation confirmed. Consider it done." He then tried to upsell me to a bigger unit. Really shady!!

I went inside the store and the Representatives were very courteous and helpful. This is much more preferable than trying to book reservations online. I will always rent my utility trailer from United and will definitely refer others.

Reservation process was easy, and Matthew Zurnacian went above and beyond to help us out, and as well as answer all our very specific questions. Also he had a positive attitude and good sense of humor. Will definitely rent from here again! Thank you Matthew!
