I just tried to call this place during normal business hours. After going through its initial menu options and selecting "new rentals" it dropped my call. Are they no longer in business?±

Great equipment rental company with a large variety of lifts and boom lifts and many other equipment. Great customer service and a very convenient location 1 min away from interstate 5 and highway 2. And it is right across the street from a CFN (commercial fueling network) gas station which has def (diesel exhaust fluid) diesel, gasoline, and natural gas.

Reserved a truck online the day before. Reservation confirmed and received email stating as much. Showed up to pick it up to be told they won’t have one for almost a week, sales associate was bold enough to tell me “it doesn’t work like that” as if making an online reservation for equipment doesn’t mean you will actually get said equipment when you show up. What’s the point of allowing you to make an online reservation if they won’t have the price of equipment when you show up.
