Today we had a scissor lift delivered to us and I called the TUKWILA branch and spoke with Jordan today about a few questions on operation. He was so patient. Professional and went through each step with an explanation and also gave reminders of safety while explaining these steps to me. His customer service was excellent and he didn’t make me feel rushed when I was a bit overwhelmed operating it in the moment. Thank you Jordan.

From the time I contacted Caroline to the delivery, everything went smoothly. We had to change lift sizes due to weight limit on our floor. A smaller lift was brought out and other picked up in the same day.

At first I was really frustrated with this company, but Nick took matters in his own hands and made the whole experience top notch! I appreciate the understanding that Nick had about by unusual circumstances. I highly recommend this company!
