no one showed up for the appt with no call. i called them but given it was on saturday no one answered so i left message. thought someone would call on monday morning but no one did so i called again and they are keep saying they called my husband to confirm our warranty is expired but he didnt pick up so they couldnt send some one. i swear there wasnt a phone call and i wll provide the phone record if i have to and even if they did and maybe my husband was at someplace at the moment and their phone call wasnt reached they could ve left a voice message but no. they didnt. they are sending someone today but i did not get a single sorry from the conversation and basically to them it was our fault.
