Poor customer service, overall a lot of those ppl have an attitude. Bought a plug mold that is broken and want me to put everything back together and they need to test it. They could have test it right there. And everything is not returnable and you only get store credit. I don't know if any other shops in SF do that.

Because of the led light bulbs, the first transformer I bought didn't work. I called the store. the staff was very helpful allowing me to bring my ceiling light there to test it making sure that I got a correct replacement transformer. I would recommend this place to my friends.
