I had them install a drain system in my backyard. After the installation, they told me that they connected the drains to the city's main sewer line, and not to the drain that goes out to the street. I was told that this is a code violation. No backyard water is supposed to be diverted to the city sewer. I called them back several times and asked them to correct it, but got no response. They should have known the code, or at least corrected their mistake. This company not stand by it's work.
