We had a persistent leak that multiple other service providers had attempted to fix without success. However, the response from this particular roofing company was prompt and their proposed solution was logical, going above and beyond what other companies had offered. The work was carried out without causing any inconvenience to the tenants, and we were asked to get in touch after the next heavy rainfall. Up to now, we've only experienced light to moderate showers, but of course, we can't rush a rainstorm. Preston has given me his word that they will be on-site promptly if the repairs prove to be insufficient in any way. They're an easy roofing company to collaborate with. We will definitely be engaging their services again.
