Having my first tattoo experience and being a nurse I was quite nervous about it all. What a wonderful experience I had with Dennis! Dennis is extremely professional, courteous, and very calm, and he made me feel completely at ease. I read my book while he worked on my gorgeous tattoo. As this is a memorial piece, it really means so very much to me. This facility is extremely dilligent with their cleaning and the staff are super friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Dennis and Universal Tattoo. Thank you again Dennis!

Good customer service and some great artists. We came here for Randy, who has done great work on us. Wish Victoria had more real late night scene but that is Victoria.
ACCESSIBILITY: The entrance is street level and a standard 36" exterior door and wide access to the rear. The bathroom is accessible but no gantry or rails.

It was a great experience and very nice tattoo shop in Victoria BC and excellent artist his name is Kevin Newberry thank you so much again brother and thank you Universal Tattooing I got my tattoo son name made from Victoria BC.
