I used their web services: yes, they are fast and the process is straightforward but the translation they provided was not done by a professional translator. I suspect they used an AI that isn't yet trained to write grammatically correct French. Google translate knows that 'diagnostique' is masculine in French, unlike who- or whatever did the translation of my document.
