You need no appointment here for passport renewals (unlike the east side) and the service is fast and courteous. We arrived Wednesday just before they opened at 9am and there were only two people ahead of us. The guy who helps us was fast and helpful, even doing a photocopy for us when we forgot to photocopy our ID's. We were in and out in less than 30 mins. All in all - fantastic place, highly recommend it.

Very helpful staff. I messed up on my paperwork and they gave me more copies and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Glad I picked them to get my very first passport!

Ok, 2 stars for the overcrowded, understaffed office, but 5 stars for Kimberly, who managed to be friendly despite everything and went above-and-beyond to be helpful despite an irritated mob of people and crying babies. Thank you Kimberly, may karma reward you in the future.
