I needed to make a change immediately after placing my order. I called and spoke with a customer support specialist, Laurice Brodhagen, and explained the problem. Since I had just placed the order, she was able to correct the problem and confirmed it with me on the phone and over email and sent the order off to production. We just received the frame yesterday and were extremely happy with the product. Beautiful frame and impeccable craftsmanship. I will now be ordering another frame for my son who graduates in December.

This is the 3rd frame I've purchased. The workmanship on all 3 frames is 2nd to none. Ordering the frames online was a very simple process. My kids worked hard earning their degrees and I didn't want just any frame. They are gorgeous frames!

University Frames has the best selection of frames for my office redecoration plans. Shipping was very protected with great cardboard and bubble wrap along with UPS tracking.

The frame I received from University Frames has FAR exceeded my expectations! It is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and the instructions and mounting hardware added that little something special to the order! The packaging was well constructed and the frame was packaged EXTREMELY well! I can't recommend University Frames enough!!!
