The office manager is extremely rude, has been the entire time I’ve lived here. And they don’t answer questions and never solve the problems.

Lived here for a year while in school. Repairs were prompt when you gave proper detail of the problem at hand. Everyone I dealt with was very polite too. Rent was also well priced.

Everything about it was okay (below average or average). 1 star review because our apartment walls were covered in black mold and obviously just painted over. Once the mold got through the paint we had a moldy apartment. Lease agreement pushed all mold issues onto the tenant.
