My skin is difficult to handle. It tends to be oily, but I'm also getting older. Wrinkles and acne...what a combination! Rose is great. She's been able to work me in with my busy schedule. I made my appointment about 2 weeks ago and I showed up 15 mins before my reservation. Store was closed. I called and texted the staff multiple times but no response. 15 mins past my appointment I texted them again stating that they very unprofessional and scheduled me on their day off and I will rate them for 1 star review. 15 mins later a lady called me and told me I got my reservation date wrong. I told her I made the reservation with my text and I can send her a screen shot to prove they made a mistake. Then the lady told me if I rated her 1 star she will call police on me because I was threating her. I tried to let her know the cop will not do anything to me because I rated her for 1 star but then she quickly hung up on me. So here I am.
