Jeff was accommodating from the first minute.
I arrived at his shop at short notice and needed to hire an eBike for a journey that appeared to be quite fraught with danger and it was. Jeff gave me a strong bike and a charger in case. It appeared I went further than the battery was capable off. It was the best day of my holiday yet. Thank you Jeff and his smiley team. Bryan Campbell

Incredible tour, so much fun! Conrado showed us around iconic places as well as catering to special requests slightly off of the main route. Knew lots about what we were looking at and was a friendly, welcoming guy who made us feel so at ease and made the tour so we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest extent!

What a great find!!!! We recently rented E bikes from this outfitter. The bikes were in great shape. The staff William and Sam were so accommodating, friendly and helpful!!! They made it feel like we were borrowing bikes from friends. We took an awesome round-trip ride on the bike path from Santa Barbara to muscle Beach to Venice to Marina del Rey and south all the way to LAX. We would highly recommend unlimited biking and they’re great bikes and staff!
