I’m usually not into writing reviews, but my family forced me to in this case. In a world where so many remodeling companies have the reputation of a used car salesman, Unlimited Construction is anything but. We had built a second story addition with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within budget and the exact finish we wanted.
Ask for Rafi because he has a great eye for design and he’s was very understanding of my family’s concerns. I am a returning customer. After finding some black mold and water damage in our bathroom, we decided it was time to renovate. During the initial walkthrough/estimate we ended up adding some additional renovations. We decided to remodel 2 bathrooms, a bedroom closet, laundry closet, and had the door to our attic moved for easier access. Our master suite bathroom was not standard measurements, so we had to have a custom vanity made. I spent a few days designing my "dream vanity", and Rafi's cabinet guy made it a reality. There were a few oversights on my end, but with a few adjustments from the cabinet maker my dream vanity turned out better than I could have imagined. Every aspect of the bathroom renovations turned out perfect. Everyone from the framers to the stone fabricators, to the glass workers, to the tile layers were master craftsmen. Their professional opinions helped guide us towards what would look or work the best, while being honest with the scope of work and price. We had to modify our design a little to accommodate some structural limitations, but In the end, I honestly prefer the changes. Rafi and his crew were very clean, keeping the work areas tidy and safe. Our dogs grew to love everyone, and it felt like working with friends. I highly recommend Unlimited Construction & Remodeling if you are looking for an honest, family owned business you can rely on.
