Great climbing shoes, HORRIBLE customer service. Do not expect an answer on the phone or to an email, let alone a refund on a return.

Horrible customer service. Returned my shoes, unused, and never got a return. I called and emailed multiple times and never got an answer or response. Such a shame bc I really like the fit of their shoes. Can’t back this company up due to this however.
