The hospitality here at Untamed is truly amazing! Mary the owner is so welcoming and she always takes a few moments at the beginning of class for introductions for drop ins. I’ve dropped in a few times now from Vegas and the gym is clean, the members are welcoming, the workouts are challenging and the coaches are very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a new gym or one to drop in to I highly recommend it here!

This is a great CrossFit based gym in Woodland and the owner/main instructor is so good. She is very knowledgeable about Olympic lifts and cardio programming. All around great gym to start or continue your fitness journey. New Rogue rigs/equipment and it’s very clean.
