We sold someone a vehicle, released the liability. They never put it in their name and left it somewhere to get towed. We were contacted and told the truck was abandoned and that if we didn't pay 4,000 dollars he was going to put a 5,000 lein sale on the vehicle and it would hit our credit. He certainly did do that, even though we told him we could prove we sold the vehicle six months prior. They didn't care and put a lein sale on it, it hit our credit. Absolutely shameful business practices. We spoke to many other towing services who said they would have worked with us to make the proper person pay, they were just concerned about their money. They aren't here for the community. They're here to serve themselves.

I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of these guys! Michael called me almost the second I hung up with Subaru Roadside Assistance, and told me he'd turn around from his way back home to help me out. When he and Skyler arrived, my car was balancing at an angle on the ledge of a steep incline, a precarious situation you don't see every day, but they knew exactly how to handle it, and pulled the car out on the first try! Skyler even jumped into the driver's seat to help the prices from there — risky business. The guys were exceptionally polite and friendly, and set a wonderful tone to the rest of an evening that almost ended badly for me. Thank you guys!

I have to rave about these guys!!!! I have had 3 experiences with them over the last 4 years, each was them making a bad experience good!!!! They are quick to respond and get on the scene, smiling faces make every situation better. I have used many tow services over the years and I have never had such fantastic service! When my car broke down yesterday we weren't even stressed out about it because we knew we would be taken care of quickly! These guys are simply good people doing good work! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!!!!
