This park is definitely “undercover”. There are no picnic tables, restrooms, parking lots or playing fields. There is only a small sign noting that it’s a park at all, and that sign is on a local residential road! In fact, many of the neighbors here don’t realize it’s a park either.

So what is there is an area fronting along Rincon Creek covered with Douglas-fir, eucalyptus, tanoak, pepperwood, poison oak and coyote brush. There are some home-made trails going through the area that offers a quiet walk through this small park. It reminds me most of open fields that I played in as a boy. So, if you are looking for a solitary place to bird-watch or reflect, this may work just fine for you.
