UPS Alliance Shipping Partner

This location is only for printing! Every time I supposed to drop a package they keep saying the system is down! I am kindly asking UPS to audit this location to see what is going on! It is miss leading information on the Google as package delivery business, because customer time maters! Unprofessional staff inside the UPS delivery section here!

This UPS store is located inside Staples. I did not use it as a UPS Outlet, they also accept Amazon returns at the same counter. That's what I was doing there.

Not a UPS store. I don't know why it shows up as a UPS store but it's not. You can't take your stuff there if you have to return it to a UPS store . Only if it says staples. How stupid
