My 1st experience was positive. My 2nd & LAST went very badly. I was dealing with a Staples rep who stated he did not work for UPS. He worked for Staples. He said he could not accept my packages to return to Amazon. There was a sign above his head that stayed "Shipping". Directly under that was the "UPS logo". He did not tell me why even when I asked. He would not talk to me & didn't acknowledge I was even there. He did not offer to help me find another UPS location. He signaled for Security. The kind Security Guard helped me. E told me he would help me find the correct UPS so he could get me out of their store quickl. Everyone in line & another Staples/UPS agent didn't make eye contact and ignored me when I apologized to the people in line for the holdup and to another employee when I thanked her for her help. I DO NOT HAVE LEPROSY. I SHOWERED BEFORE I LEFT HOME. They had no right to treat me that way. The agent could have used some customer service assistance and common courtesy in the situation. He had the Security Guard do his job. It was not th Security Guard'sbjob to help me. I was in an unfamiliar part of Los Angeles. The atmosphere was positive the first time I returned a package there. COMPLETELY different the 2nd AND LAST TIME I will ever go to a Staples store. I will never spend another dime in one of their stores. I'm 73 & have NEVER had a Ssecurity guard ever intervene EVER! I have no idea what their problem was. I needed assistance. I asked for assistance and was complete ignored by that staff member. I will contact the CEO
