Customer beware! I was at this location to ship two packages . I didn’t bring tape and I knew I had to buy boxes. I went and I let the guy know I need to buy boxes, he asked if I have tape and I said no . He told me the price for the box and taped it for me. There is no place on the wall or anywhere that says there is a packing fee. And he didn’t mention it either. Then, when it came to payment , he charged me extra. I looked at the receipt and its credit charge total only. I said this is too high and he said there is a $3 fee for packing per box.

So he didn’t mention it , didn’t list it, didn’t list it on receipt and just charged it, I was in a rush to mail the boxes so really don’t want to argue. But I found this quite shady,

I’d be careful. if you have a drop off, I would go . But anything else…
