The ladies in this place are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Definitely should NOT be working in customer service. I will go to Apple Valley UPS next time.

I live 53 miles from this UPS drop off point so I called the day before to inquire it they took the QR code for 2 returns to Amazon, the individual said yes they do. I drove the 53 miles and walked in with the packages and was told they don't accept QR codes. I said I called and asked specifically if they did and was told they did. The individual just walked away.
