UPS is the WORST! Spent 3 hours trying to get on the phone for a lost package. Finally got an agent who told me I must file a claim online. Went through the full process and at the end I received an alert "YOU MUST CALL IN TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT TO FILE A CLAIM". Tried calling again, 50 times, spent about 5 hours and still can not get to an agent. The system actually says "an agent cant file a claim for you", yet the website is giving me an alert that I MUST talk to an agent. Its a complete run around and at this point I see no way of getting my package back. They make it this hard on purpose in hopes that people will give up. Their phone system actually will hang up on you if you ask to speak to an agent.

After talking to an agent and confirming my package was held at this location and being told they were open until 8pm, I drove 40 minutes only to find out they close at 6. This was supposedly a supervisor who gave me the address and the operating hours. What can brown do for you? Nothing, they deserve to be flushed with other brown stuff.
