Parking can be a bit haphazard during busy times, but service is far better than the UPS Store on 9th in Walla Walla. Always friendly.

I live in Georgia and ordered a perishable engagement gift for my nephew who lives in Walla Walla. The address for the gift was incorrect. Jonathan at UPS called me in Georgia and worked with me to arrange for the pickup of the item by my brother! Thank you Jonathan and UPS!
