I had a packaged shipped from Tennessee on 12/172021. The package was dropped off a UPS Store for delivery.

On 12/21/2021 Package was in Transit and due to be delivered on 12/24/2021. NO PACKAGE!

12/27/2021 The update shows nothing all the previous information is gone.

I called the 800 number .Automated system said the package had been dropped off at a UPS Store. I called the surrounding UPS Stores to no avail.

The sender and I have both been on the phone trying to resolve the issue, Customer Service is useless.

They take your money and don't care. There is NO Customer Service any longer.
