(Package says it’s delayed) me trying to get a hold of SOMEONE all day. Me- “Hi, where’s my package.” UPS- “it’s in San Luis Obispo” Me- “ ok I need to pick it up instead of being delivered to my house in Atascadero. You’re sure it’s there?” UPS- “Yes, that’ll be $8 if you want to pick it up and they’ll call you within the hour to confirm.” Me- “uhhh ok.” (2 hours go by, no phone call, I track the slo number down.) Me- “Hi, you guys were supposed to call me and never did. Is my package there?” UPS SLO- “yeah it’s here.” Me- “ok I’ll be there soon to get it.” (I show up) ME- “Hi I’m here to pick up my package.” UPS SLO- “it’s not here….”
I am never doing business with these people EVER again.
