Now at first I was a little mad my package was a 7 day late due to the fires . And another package they said they tried to deliver but never came by had me hot. the customer service agents we very nice. Now only if that can get the driver to ring a doorbell it would be all good.

Ordered an item online. Delivery date of Friday 8/14/20 before 9 pm. Hmmm, 9 pm rolls around...no package. We were home all afternoon. We look online and see that the sender has refunded our $ because shipment returned! We call the sender, they say they were notified by UPS. Check the tracking # via UPS - says the recipient REFUSED the item. WE DID NOT EVEN HAVE THAT OPPORTUNITY! Guess the driver lied? Called UPS - call center out of country, and they have no supervisors available until MONDAY. Wow! How'd you like to work in a worldwide call center and have no boss to refer to or answer to? Her story on why all this happened changed three times. She said the item was damaged - although their own tracking said it was "out for delivery" three times in three hours" - and why was that??? On truck, off truck, on truck, off truck, on truck, returned? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! And, from a company standpoint - drivers that fib, no way to resolve the issue? WOW - guess we will request Fed Ex next time! We shall see what happens on Monday.....who's willing to take a bet we get a call?? Not me!

I had a package being delivered on oct 4th, 2022 and I wasn't going to be home so I put to deliver to my neighbors house and the driver went to my house and stood at my front door for like 2 min looking at his device and without going to my neighbors house. I was at work so I couldn't tell him anything through the Ring doorbell app and when I called the customer service number the guy didn't understand anything I was trying to tell him and just told me to wait for next day attempt to deliver so I will see how it goes.
