I love how nice the staff here is and the mechanics look really knowledgeable, I brought my mountain bike in on 09/3/2023 and broke my derailur crashing into someone earlier that day, it was pretty bad but I walked in with my bike and they quickly diagnosed the condition of my bike and also they had a new derailer in stock for when they rebuild my derailur back together. So hopefully things go good and I can get back to riding again :)

Not a fun experience. Don't know his name, but was very rude to me. Dont know why. I asked for a replacenent frame part and he said it required a full tear down to see if anything else needed repairing. I told him i already did a tear down and that's the only part i needed and asked if it was possible to get just part and he gave me the run around on that he would need to do a tear down. I asked him why because it's a little confusing why he's dodging my question. I asked if it were for warranty purposes and he said maybe, depends on what he finds. He did i could talk to the service manager which is what I'm going to attempt. But i thanked him for his help and shook his hand and he rolled his eyes at me. Not someone i want to interact with again.
