I'm really glad we sat down with Carol. She's straightforward and honest about what you can expect. She's also very knowledgeable in her field and the company she works with does really first class installation work. Since we installed our solar panels (at no cost to us), we haven't had to pay PGE a penny and our monthly loan payment is $35 dollars lower than what we previously paid on average to PGE each month. I like that we're doing something good for the environment and it's saving us money. And hey, news flash: we're saving $35 a month now. How much do you think we'll be saving over PGE about 10 years from now? Our loan payments are not going to increase but PGE rates certainly will.

I met Carol and Upstart Energy almost by accident and I had nothing but a great experience with her putting together my solar system design. She is a great rep for Powur and they have a smooth onboarding and project management process. Highly recommend!

I soooo appreciate Carol's willingness to patiently answer all my questions about Solar, the cost benefits, how the details work for the installation process, rates with my utility company and to get me answers when she doesn't know the immediate answer. Our solar installation hasn't gone perfectly, but she has been very responsive and has gotten me answers that leads to action. Carol shows a willingness to listen and make improvements to her customer service process - and make suggestions for Powr to improve theirs. Such proactive determination is one reason I'll recommend doing business with Carol.
