I had bought a laptop from here a year or 2 ago, and was having problems from the very start. (With the charging cord) I took it in, and they assured me it was fine, that it was totally normal for the cord to do that, and they showed me how to "make sure" it was charging. After the 30 day guarantee, you're pretty much stuck with your purchase.... So of course, the 1st 30 days are always great, but it's when after the 30 days you have any issues, "oh well"!!!! I also thought the laptop I bought, had more GB than it actually did, so that was another misconception! Now, it doesn't charge at all, so I can't even use it! All in all, I will NEVER buy from here again! I'd rather go to Walmart or London Drugs and get a brand new 1 for the same price!!!
