When you walk in, you are warmly greeted by the staff. Your eyes are treated to a gorgeous array of beautiful frames, and you are checked in and offered a beverage. This is how it was for me a year ago when I went there the first time. It's still a great experience! From the pre exam check through to Dr. Kindberg's professional and friendly exam and the framework selection session, five stars!

Dr Kinberg is the best doctor ever! I travel from Tacoma to come to her. Alice has an amazing gift for fitting glasses and giving you the best customer service. By far the best experience with optometry one could have!!

I had a fantastic experience at Urban Eyes. Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Their expertise and great taste made the process so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
