I went to Urban Outfitters at the Rancho Cucamonga Mall. I really love this store because it has so many cool thing's that I like such as graphic tee's with my Favorite old school movie's and cartoons, baby tea light's to decorate your room for that soft elegant look, neat jewlery to accessorize with a nice outfit, and comfy jeans for a night out at one of California's coolest mall's. P.S. they have a really cool Cinderella Carriage with beautiful light's that takes you around the mall once for 5 dollar's only. Loved it!!!!! I felt like a Princess

Pretty standard UO store. An employee welcomed us in the store, but never spoke to us again. Store is clean and organized. Limiting store occupancy right now due to covid restrictions. Dressing rooms are currently closed.

I came 5 minutes before closing to buy a specific item. I could’ve walked in and walked out because I knew exactly what I was going for but the store was closed and they refused to let me purchase the item. I call that bad customer service.
