Yo so when I was a teenage I had a bunch of girlfriends that loved shipping here. At the time it was known for a specific style. I don't know what you would lable it as but in highschool I was all into those kind of girls. Naturally I had been to the store in the gaslamp many times. I am pretty observant so I noticed all the different things they sold. I went into the fashion valley store the other day and I was blown away that not only did they sell OBEY and some other brands I didn't expect, this store was torn up! People that ship there are literally checking out clothes then throwing it on the floor and not bothering to pick it up. Stepping on things and just not giving a F@#&. Crazy...

An employee was able to help my daughter find pants that fit to her liking. My daughter explained what she was looking for and the employee pointed us to the style my daughter described. She also detailed the other style of pants they carry. My daughter was very pleased with her purchase. My daughter and I agree that we couldn't have a gotten better help. Only thing we regret was not getting the employees name to recognize her in this review. She was a tremendous help.

Friendly and helpful staff. I typically do not come here but made a stop to buy a book for a friend. They had a good selection of books but I didn’t see anything “home” related as their sign outside indicates. Overall positive experience and the store was clean, organized and well maintained. Did not like the “self-checkout”. It took more time and seemed strange to do with a full staff of humans working whilst doing it.
