TLDR: Rude staff, discriminatory treatment.
The staff at this UO location were very rude and had a lot of attitude. No one was coordinating the fitting room, so I went in to try clothes on. A few minutes later, the staff comes by to tell me to put my clothes on and leave the dressing room, and that clearly they had blocked the dressing room so no one could enter with a bunch of attitude. However, the dressing room entry way was wide open and there was no sign saying the fitting room was closed.
As I was leaving, they let in a white mom and her daughter into the dressing room… I’m not entirely sure if this was discrimination, but it was very rude behavior and inconsistent treatment of customers. I will not be shopping at this location any time soon, nor do I recommend it for anyone else.
