Employee Alyssa(? spelling) had the nerve to run out of the store after me to ask where an item I had been thinking about buying was. I told her that I left it on the table near doors I had exited. I am not sure what kind of loss prevention procedures are in place at this brand but being an Assistant General Manager for a HUGE company, I know better than to EVER accuse a guest of stealing without actually seeing the actual consealment. I will be filing a complaint with the DM of this location.

Honestly only shop the clearance rack her but thank god for it cause I'm moving to nyc and have been intermittently buying winter clothes super cheap. Pro tip shop for winter clothes on the west coast and summer clothes on the east coast. Always stop in UO when I pass one if not buying something its always been a cool shop to browse. I vividly Remember being a young teenager begging and yearning to exclusively shop there and now I'm aware it it's not all that but from time to time I'll splurge or find something cheap. But realistically I'm not as much as a YUPPIE as I'd like to think.

I wanted to shout out cerelia (sp?) who was so awesome and helped me pick out the best outfits for my upcoming trip. Everyone at this spot was so helpful and patient with me, hard to find a great clothing shop with awesome customer service. GREAT experience.
