Spent 20 minutes placing an order in the store with the "help" of one of the employees, since they didn't have the exact item in stock. I even asked her to make sure it was the right color in the order, and she assured me it was.
I get the shipping confirmation email, and the WRONG color was ordered. The online customer service people inform me the color I wanted was never in stock. Instead of telling me this, it looks like the employee just ordered the wrong item and lied to me.
Now it's up to me to go to the trouble of returning the stuff since nobody's apparently able to cancel the order, and none of the employees I've spoken to from the online CS or the manager at the store itself care in the least.

If you’re going to close at 6 instead of 7 on Sunday UPDATE IT ON GOOGLE. Oh my god, I understand there’s a pandemic but if you’re going to flip flop hours randomly, MAKE SURE IT’S WELL KNOWN. Call before going. Whenever I’ve been to this store, customer service has always been its absolute last priority.

Sales associate went above and beyond to help me get a Tommy Hilfiger jacket. They didn't have my size so he checked the store inventory in the back, online, and then several stores to see if they had it in stock. Even though the jacket was a size too big, I went back the next day to purchase it because of how helpful he was.
