I’m iffy about this review because I’ve run into a mix of people with this experience. The pick-up process was smooth after the issues, apparently if ordering online and picking up in store it will takes hours for your order to even show up in there system even if they have the item in stock. The customer service of a female manager who answered the phone needs improvement. Overall, don’t order online to pick-up in store unless you have hours to waste, and try not to engage much with the angry looker workers in the store so you won’t get attitude.

Went in to buy an umbrella since it was a hurricane and flood warning and rain was coming down hard. I asked if they had any available and the short white girl with blonde hair gave me a look and said “What do you need one for you have a hat..” and proceeded to turn her back to her coworkers and continue to say some rude remark, eventually ending with “…I get so mean when I’m tired..” which is just wild to me. I’m thankful that her other coworker was helpful and saw the last umbrella and I was able to secure it. This is wild and for sure not returning nor recommending anyone experience that. Not 1 star because the coworker at least helped me out

Although my online order has not be resolved, yet, Mike, Karen and Chang were amazing with assisting me. One of the few stores in Georgetown with genuine customer service.
