I love the store and they have great options for clothes, books, and all sorts of random fun stuff. Downside: the check-out line is always super slow and sometimes I end up leaving without buying what I would've liked to. Same with the dressing room lines.

Urban's prices have always been on the higher side but they do have good sales. I happened to go when they were taking an additional 30% off sale items and got a really good deal. I will say the service is poor. The employees are a bunch of hipster teenagers too busy with their own conversations to help anyone. Especially around closing time.

My teenager loves shopping here. Friendly helpful staff. We found some fun Xmas gifts here. Good changing rooms also. Great place for a holiday outfit.
