Upon checking out, the blonde girl at the register just balled up all my clothes & shoved them into my bag… neatly placing clothes into a bag is the bare minimum.
The security guard roving the store is actually more friendly and helpful than the designated UO sales employees, go figure!

The setup is a bit crowded. To check out the line kept getting interrupted by people who had to come in and go up the stairs. I felt very claustrophobic and only bought one thing because I didn't want to stay there much longer. The staff was nice and I understand the location is an old building and has to be the way it is, but it was definitely a put off. More space near the register would be a benefit.

It’s alright , nothing really jumps out at you , AB&F down the road has better selection imo
