I was shopping here and the manager stopped me to check my bags, then proceeded to drop one of my bags and break a glass mug i just purchased, I asked her if she could give a credit or literally anything, and she just said no and refused to elaborate or help any further. On 12/15/2022, Gabi (the manager) accused my boyfriend of stealing (he paid for his items) and yanked our shopping bags from his hands. She dropped one of them, resulting in breaking two of my mom’s Christmas gifts. She was extremely rude about it, she didn’t apologize and she said “it’s not my problem.” Thanks for wasting my money Gabi, I really used to love this store. Now that I know that you enjoy breaking Christmas gifts, i won’t be returning and we have contacted corporate. I hope you lose your job.

This Urban is so cute. The upstairs gets a little hot but the staff is so cool it makes up for it.
