Urban Timber was very friendly and easy to deal with. Jeremy was quick to come and assess our large tree, and didn't do a sales pitch or apply any pressure. I had already received estimates from some other arborists, and Urban Timber's estimate was competitive for comparable services, and their availability worked for me. Frank returned my call immediately and coordinated scheduling and made sure that we were well informed on the process. Chad and James (with their dog Rooster supervising) arrived on time, completed the work quickly, cleaned up nicely, and left the big tree healthier and safer than it was prior to their visit. I expect to use Urban Timber again, and would be happy to recommend them to prospective customers.

I have had my two Norway Maples serviced by this company for several years. They are absolutely the right company for the job.
