I bought $650 worth of shoes there, two pairs for me, and two for my wife. The Birkenstock's I purchased, had a defect and the front part of the rubber sole, totally separated from the cork. They would not exchange them, or refund me. I'll never support them again. Their customer service was really awful. The three young girls working there, are totally inept, and were unable to even look up my order. They were completely clueless, and seemed kinda ignorant. This is the kind of service that is overtaking retail, and it's going to end retail shipping for good. They also spread misinformation about the covid pandemic to me. I'm totally disgusted with them. Don't waste you money shopping there.

Nice in the beginning? Exchange the shoes was trying on a different pair when I caught the one sales person making faces to the other sales person that was back by the cash register? Wow what kind of people are these? You have a customer in the store and you’re making fun of them right behind their back and you don’t think you’re going to get caught? Both these women are old enough to act adult? But they don’t …I was shocked I took the shoes but I’m taking them back first thing tomorrow and after I get a refund I’m going to tell them off ..I won’t be back..EVER!

Went here on a Sunday, It was very busy and the two people working there worked so hard to tend to everyone. While that was going on they did an excellent at tending to my needs while juggling those of others. I really enjoyed this place and will go back when i need a new pair of walking/running shoes! Would 100% recommend this store. The employees were very honest, not pushy, and made certain that I had what I needed to make an informed decision.
